Isn't that what we all long for, to be happy from the inside out? InsideOut Counseling is a counseling center with a heart for hurting individuals, couples, and families. The purpose of InsideOut Counseling is to provide affordable Christian Counseling that is psychologically sound and Biblically based. As a Christian counselor, I attempt to integrate sound counseling theories and strategies with Christian principles.
In addressing client issues, I consider the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.  My desire is to work from the inside-out by focusing on underlying beliefs and emotions that keep a person from healthy relationships with God, self, and others. Healing and/or restoration can be a very challenging process. Therefore, I strive to provide an atmosphere where you will feel safe to discuss your inner struggles and life stories. • 1 hour to 1.5 hours sessions range from $50-75. Initial session includes an assessment which requires a 1.5 hour session.
• I do not bill Insurance companies at this time.
• Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card at the time of the session.
• Counseling hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 2-7pm. Phone lines are open for calls from 9am-6pm. • 1 hour to 1.5 hours sessions range from $50-75. Initial session includes an assessment which requires a 1.5 hour session.

Please call 704-483-5505 for a phone intake, during which you may ask any questions you have about obtaining counseling, and I will ask you for some basic information. We may also schedule a 1st session at that time if you desire.

Location
I am located inside the Mentaur LearningCenter. Coming from the Charlotte area on Hwy 16 North, cross over Hwy 73 and continue towards Denver for 5.8 miles. InsideOut Counseling is located on the right beside West Norman Suits strip mall. If you are coming from the Hickory/Newton area on Hwy 16, InsideOut Counseling is located on your left 4.2 miles south of Hwy 150.
